1.1.3 Error

I'm getting a 1.1.3 Subscription Required error message on channels which I have under may cable subscription.
This error happens from time to time (Currently 1082 NBC Sports and 1083 Golf Channel) both of which I was watching earlier today.
This also happened on AMC HD 1066 a few hours ago, however I'm able to watch the channel just fine now.
The error seems to come and go and effect random channels. What is the fix?

Does this happen on all TV's with cable boxes or just one? If just one, please provide the model number of the box. Does unplugging the box to reboot it when you see the error clear up the problem?
