Like many have said, this problem has happened to me several times over the 10+ years of me being a cox member. It would pop up really bad for one day and be fine a while. But these past few days, it will pop up every few minutes and now it keeps saying I'm using the wrong user name and password and won't connect to the server. I was going to call cox until I found this thread. So it looks like that would be a waste of time. I'm going to give it a few for days and see what happens then raise some ***.
