I found out that if you delete your cox cookies and clear browsing data, re-login to watchtv.cox.com, it finally worked. Re: Contour: Flash compatibility issue I have the same exact issue. I use contour to watch TV on my win10 laptop all the time. It was working fine up until this morning. Starting at around 11 AM when I went to the contour site, I got "Flash compatibility issue" message. It happens on both Chrome and Microsoft Edge. I rebooted my laptop, tried disabling and enabling Flash again. Nothing works. And yes, I too have the latest Flashed installed on my Win10 laptop. Not sure what the deal is. Cox gotta fix this. Re: ESPN HD Error 900.primetime.102100.5 Yes I did specify. Also, the diagnostic info I sent included all information from the watchtv.cox.com links errors codes. Re: ESPN HD Error 900.primetime.102100.5 Below is the response I got when I sent diagnostic info via the Contour 2 app email address. --------------------------------------- For online support, please visithttp://www.cox.com/support/ Thank you for your recent e-mail to Cox regarding Contour 2. Sincerely, Kyle Cox E-Care Specialist For online support, please visithttp://www.cox.com/support/ Re: ESPN HD Error 900.primetime.102100.5 ColleenD, That email doesn't provide support. I ended up calling support on this issue and have a ticket open. Support confirms it's not an issue with my streaming devices. It's on Cox' end. They are looking into it. Re: ESPN HD Error 900.primetime.102100.5 Flash tested fine on my devices. If it doesn't work on all HD channels, then I'd understand that it MAY be flash related. But it's only the two ESPN channels on all devices that do not work. It has to be something on Cox' end based on those error codes. Re: ESPN HD Error 900.primetime.102100.5 Current DNS settings on both PC and tablet from my home network via Cox internet service. 68.105.28.16 68.105.29.16 On PC, when trying to access ESPN or ESPN2 HD channels, we get "Error 900.primetime.102100.5" On tablet, when trying to access ESPN or ESPN2 HD channels, we get "Unhandled Error::106000::Something has gone wrong." All other HD channels work fine on both PC and tablet. Only the two ESPN channels are giving errors. Re: ESPN HD Error 900.primetime.102100.5 Cox DNS 68.105.28.16 and68.105.29.16. Flushed DNS on PC, rebooted tablet. Same issue. The ESPN HD channels used to work up until last Friday 6/24. Cox changed something on their end. Since then all HD channels work except ESPN. Cox support, please fix this. Re: ESPN HD Error 900.primetime.102100.5 DNS is already set to the Google ones 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4. Flushing DNS didn't help either. This is a Cox issue because ESPN and ESPN2 work on SD. Only ESPN HD channels do not work. Watching sports on SD is so bad, picture is blurry. Cox please fix the HD on these two channels. We are in the Arizona Cox market if that helps. Re: ESPN HD Error 900.primetime.102100.5 I have already used the link https://watchtv.cox.com on my PC and this error still exists "Error 900.primetime.102100.5". This issue only happens with ESPN and ESPN2 HD channels. All other HD channels work fine. Please investigate. Thanks.
