The VECIMA tuning adapter received an "upgrade" that had the side effect of not being able to get the digitally switched channels. I had this issue since the beginning of November and am paying for services I am not getting. I finally was able to get the loyalty department to at least credit me for the non existent channels. At this point I might just cancel COX, and find a cheaper solution that gives me channels I am paying for. Re: Upgraded to Tivo Edge M-card issues on Cox servers All - I will put this in a couple of posts about TiVo, Cable Card and Tuning Adaptor issues. About 5 weeks ago my TiVo did not get any live TV anymore. Tuning adapter and Cable Card could not be found by TiVo. After swapping out cards, TAs and even a brand new TiVo it turns outTiVo needs a specific frequency 110.25in order to be able to work. For whatever reason that frequency was gone on my cable. Once that was turned back on - tata..everything worked again. Thank you Cox Support for sticking with me and all the troubleshooting. Re: TIVO Tuning Adaptor spontaneous restart/reboot My TA went from restart/reboot to not working at all at this point. It is stuck at blinking light (initializing). I changed it out for a new TA from the Cox Store, they also gave me cable cards to change out. Called in got them activate and paired. Nothing. Then a tech came out, was here for 2 hours, called level 2 then level 3 support, Switched out for yet another TA, still not working. Now Level 3 called me to check, still nothing. He was stumped and said - it should be working now. So level 3 does not know what is going on there. This all started about 5 days ago, (7/25/2022). Until then it worked perfectly. TiVo states there is No Tuning Adaptor and that the CableCard needs to be activated. The tech assured couple of times that they are activated and paired. becky - any updates that you have there? I am in the Northern Virginia area.
