They sent a signal to the box, the light went off for 24 hrs and it’s now back on.While I talked to the phone help they mentioned they might have to send out support help if this didn’t work. Won’t call for out help since I really believe the software needs a redesign. Even if I exchanged the Contour box all I would get is a refurbished one anyways. Have been with Cox for 24 years so I kind of had got use to these problems.
