Wireless contour boxes

I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble with our service. It is possible that a wireless box would not have the same issue but I cannot guarantee this. We would want to take a look at the signal levels first. A tech visit may also help get this fixed without updating the boxes to wireless boxes.
