NFL Network not authorized

Question

NFL Network stopped working yesterday. I keep getting 'you are not authorized to view this' when previously it always worked. We have not changed our plan in any way.

Hello, are other channels impacted by a similar error? Can you please check to ensure that all cables are tightly secured and free of damage? If you have a splitter, I suggest bypassing it for troubleshooting purposes, to see if that temporarily resolves the issue. Is there an actual error code on the screen? -Kevin M.
