Netflix Shows will not play.

After logging into Netflix and selecting my show, the error “This title is not available to watch instantly. Please try another title.”  

I can pull up the same show from Netflix App on my IPad without issue.   This error just started, I was watching Netflix from the Cox app earlier in the day.

I Have reset my set top and modem. No luck.

Can you advise what to do?

NinjaMonkey73, There was an outage, but it has since been resolved. I'd like to try rebooting your box. Would that be okay? We can do the reboot for you or you can initiate the reboot by signing in to the Cox Connect app. -ColleenD. Cox Support Forums Moderator

There was an outage of the service yesterday. We have since corrected the problem with this app. Would you please retest & let us know if the service is working for you again?

It was still not working as of last night. I called Cox tech support and they said they were working with Netflix to resolve an issue with the app. Any updated ETA on the fix?

The issue of not being able to play Contour 2 Netflix content that began on 7/22/18 has been resolved. If you have not already done so, please unplug the power from your Contour 2 receivers for 2 minutes, and then plug them back in. Give each cable box time to complete the reset process before accessing the Contour 2 Netflix app again. Pick a Netflix title and try to play it. Do you get any error messages? If you experience quality issues while watching Netflix content, please provide the name of the movie or show (along with episode name/number, if applicable) and describe what happens to the video and/or audio so we can try to duplicate what's happening. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator

It still does not work. I unplugged and let it reboot as instructed. I tried a number of shows including The 100, Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee, Singularity, The Flash, etc and none will play. The error message is “This title is not available to watch instantly. Please try another title” tvq-pb-103 (2.10.0). 

I can watch YouTube on the Contour2 and I have run the Netflix network connection check successfully so it is clearly something wrong with Cox/Netflix app.  I have seen others post this exact same issue as well.

I also logged out and back in to Netflix. Also reloaded the Netflix app from within the Netflix app settings. No change. Same error and cannot play any Netflix shows.
