Missing Episodes of Call the Midwife, Season 7

The first two episodes of Season 7 came up blank on my TV (local Arizona PBS station, channel  8/1008), and ever since the episodes that have been shown are missing from the episode list on Contour.

The only episodes showing for Season 7 are Episodes 6 and 8 which have not shown yet (no Episode 7 either?)

What is the problem, and more importantly, the fix?
