lg magic remote

I just purchased an LG OLED 55 C8 and can't get the Magic Remote to control the mini box.  I have tried both the Evolution and Cisco mini boxes.  Anybody else having this problem?

Hi BSabolik, I heard that the Cisco mini box may respond to Scientific Explorer set-top box remote codes. A Google search for "Scientific Explorer set-top box remote codes" might yield code results for you to test. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
