Can someone tell me how to set the guide that only shows channels I get.

Hi BadBrad. There is no way to set the guide to only show the channels that you subscribe to. You can set favorite channels. Thanks - Lisa, Cox Support Forums Moderator

If you press GUIDE twice it  will bring up guide choices, arrow to the free to me choice and press OK
