Garbage DVR

Adding this even though the same thing has been posted hundreds if not thousands of times in the past few years. Cox DVR is absolute trash. You can go back years and read these posts with them always saying the same thing. We are aware of the issue and are working to fix it. Yet it is never fixed. Freezes. Audio skips. Press FF and stare at it for 10 seconds. Or get really lucky and it skips back to the beginning of the show for some reason. Exactly why they lock you into a contract. They don’t have to fix anything and you can’t do anything about it.
