FX & FXX channels turned to Spanish & other channels there is no volume?

Since 2 days ago both of the FX & FXX channels turned to Spanish speaking but commercials are in English?   Also several channels have NO volume but most other channels do.  Example currently:   Channel 3  the Today show has volume but the local news & commercials have no volume?

I have unplugged the power off to tv, box, & modem to reset but still same thing.

Please help

Please check your audio setting. If is it set to SAP, you will only receive the Spanish simulcast and when there is no alternative simulcast, you will receive no sound. If you check the setting and it's set to Primary, please let me know what type of TV you have.
