Fox News channel

The only channel we can’t view in our line up (zip 23185) is Fox News and it’s been a couple of months. When I call I’m told they can’t guarantee I won’t be charged if it’s an issue on my end. The message I get is that cox has an error on their end and to try back in a few minutes. I’ve reset the boxes over and over again but nothing.

Are you missing all Fox News channels or only channel 64?

Is there an error code and are you also experiencing this error using the Contour app? If the issue is related to the Cox equipment or Cox wiring, you will not be charged. -Kevin M. Cox Support Forum Moderator

Only 64. No error code other than it’s on cox side and to try back in a few minutes

The error code is: XRE 03059. It is not an equipment issue. It's an issue on Cox's end.

Same error in 85032.  New service new equipment on 2/15 and 30 days later Fox News can't be reached. Tell me that's not a coincidence.  Cox is so terrible. I wish my wife would let me cut the cord. Good news is FoxNow app works.

Called support again. They're sending a technician to my house. Seems like a waste of time as it's not my boxes it has to be on their end.
