Well...storms, Amber Alets and required monthly tests.

Yes...you must immediately snap into the Alert poster:  stand at attention, eyes wide, head on swivel and await the command-of-execution to jump down your cellar stairs.  If no cellar, a small closet.  If no closet, out the front door of your trailer.
