cox ondemand on Tivo boxes have some shows not fully available

Hi Andrew, I'm wondering if the files were truncated somehow. Are the episodes/videos cutting off because you've reached the end? Check the episode information to verify the video length. For example, the On Demand menu on a Cox video receiver tells me that the Kelsea Ballerini "Miss Me More" music video is 3 minutes 23 seconds long. Does this match the file length displayed in TiVo On Demand? At what point does the video end? -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator

Hi Andrew, I verified that the first episode of "Go Omaha" is playing past the first minute on the Rovi, Contour, and Contour 2 platforms. Manually initiate a connection to the TiVo service to make sure that there isn't a connectivity issue. Let me know if there are other titles cutting off.
