Contour remote
My Conotour remote goes out every evening between 430pm and 9pm. Everything freezes up, TV stuck on whatever channel I am on, keep getting message saying cannot connect. I have to reboot box to get remote to work, but it goes out again after 3 or 4 minutes! This only happens at night, everything fine all day long. I have gone thru 2 cable boxes in a week and problem still exists! Anybody have any ideas as to what's going on?

I don't think I've heard of this sort of an issue before! Please send an email to: cox.help@cox.com and include your full address so I can see what troubleshooting steps have already been taken and what we can do from this point forward.
