Contour Remote "ALL" button won't control TV
Just bought a new TCL Roku TV and a Vizio soundbar that is connected via optical cable. The TV button will turn on and off the TV (all good there). However the ALL button will only turn on and off the soundbar. Everything else works exactly as expected.
How do I get the ALL button to turn the TV off and on with the soundbar?

Quick update on this issue: If the TV sits for a period, the ALL power button will indeed turn the TV on. However, the ALL button still won't turn it off and if you try and use it to turn the TV back on immediately, it won't work. It is a really weird problem.
