Contour 2 For Senior Citizens
Cox used to have a large button remote for their old Rovi boxes, but it doesn't work with Contour 2. My uncle really has trouble with the small close together buttons. Also, the voice control times out after 6 seconds, and it usually takes him longer than that to focus his thoughts and say what he needs. Is there any way to get either of those issues addressed by Cox?

Hi, I stand corrected. I went to cox store today and they have the big button remotes for contour and should be free. They have them for mini boxes too.
