I have a vizio 32" smart TV and want closed caption. It is not in the menu.

Hi Farnums Wife, did the TV come with a remote control? Some remotes have a "CC" button on the remote to activate closed captions. To activate closed captions using the Cox mini box, press the CC button on the Cox mini box remote control.
