Canceled service, they sent me final bill but my account canceled so can't pay it

I canceled my service, and even though on autopay they sent me email for final partial payment. I can't log into my account because they closed it. I went on chat with live agent they couldn't access it, told me to go to store. Not going to put any further time into it and no way to make a 'service request' that they deal with this with me, so stuck and frustrated.

dam they are squeezing some money out of you , they shouldn’t care about the last bill at all they lost a customer they need to be better than care for money
