Channel 18 Estrella TV-KFFS programming is currently unavailable

For the past month, whenever I tune to channel 18 (Estrella TV) the channel seems to be off the air.  All I get is a screen stating that "programming is currently unavailable from the broadcaster.  We are working to restore the service as soon as possible."

Any word when programming will be restored?

(using Cox cable out of Fort Smith, Arkansas)

Hi @CFMonroe,

Please make sure to unplug your box, leave it unplugged for 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. Is channel 18 the only channel that is missing from your channel line up?

There is nothing wrong with my set top box.  Several cox customers in my service area see the same message.  Channel 18 Estrella TV is not missing from my channel line up.  It is still in the guide and programming is listed normally, but all any of us see when we tune to the channel is a screen displaying the message quoted above. I had hoped you, or someone, might have some information as to when the channel plans to resume broadcasting its content normally.
