Hello. This type of question can be addressed by our subscription-based service called Cox Complete Care. They handle third party networking issues as well as assistance with all customer networking devices. They are $10 a month with a 3-month subscription requirement.

What do you mean "all of a sudden?"  Were you previously using your TV as a 2nd computer monitor?  What had changed since?
