If you click the Left Arrow, you'll see Notification Settings. Click OK then scroll to Cox Voice.
I'm unsure of the Mini Box.

Cox TV guide is easier to use. The caller ID setting is:
Menu button > Interactive Services > Phone Tools > TV Caller ID > TV Caller ID >On/Off
