Call Waiting keeps getting turned back on

I keep turning off call waiting via phone settings online and it turns back on after a few days.

I live on conference calls and this is SUPER ANNOYING.

What needs to be done to fix this?

Hello. When you access voice tools on cox.com and attempt to disable it, does a prompt appear at the top of the page that says call waiting is turned off? -Allan Cox Support Forums Moderator.
