So is everyone's Wi-Fi down? Cuz mine has been off for about 3 days and anytime I try to get in touch with support I get redirected back here?

Don’t feel alone, Cox as you see has terrible support, and you’ll just get a generic copy paste from a forums mod telling you to send an email instead of engaging in conversation to try and help everyone feel more at ease - Internet has been having severe issues for 3 days with me, and today is easily the worst, hopefully someone who actually can fix things is aware of the issues.
