Cable TV Outage in Chesapeake Virginia

On August 20 on or about 5 PM our neighborhood had and still has an outage of Cable TV due to lightning strike somewhere in the neighborhood. Many customers are affected by this outage. It is coming up on 48 hours now of no TV. Are we going to be compensated on our bill for this long outage that is not fixed yet?
