Hi Mh56.  I can understand how frustrating it is when you are having issues checking your email. Please delete your browsing history, close the browser, open it up again and type in idm.east.cox.net/.../myemail. Please don't use any bookmark or favorite that you may have already saved. Please let us know if this doesn't help by contacting us at cox.help@cox.com and we will further troubleshoot to see what is happening and help get this resolved. You are not alone.  Cox has been struggling with webmail for almost one year.  They made 2 large changes (other forum users have more-detailed information about the changes).  Don't bother deleting your browsing history, clearing the cache, rebooting your computer.... the problem is not on your end.
