Why is Gigablast not working faster than 100mbs?

I just upgraded from 100Mbs to Gigablast and when I am streaming a movie it now has to recover streaming with every movie I watch.  When I was on 100Mbs I did not get this interruption as much.  Why the change with faster service.  This is happening on my Smart TV.
