WHEN IS SERVICE UPDATE OUTAGE?

Question

Recently I received a card in the mail saying that Cox was going to be doing a service update in our neighborhood and internet would be out for a short time. It stated that I would get a door hanger notice in 2 weeks. It seems that was 3 weeks ago. I was on vacation, has this work been done? If not, when will it be ????
