Upload speed issues lately

Hello,

I've been having upload speed issues over the last few days. Nothing has changed from my end and download speeds remain mostly normal. I typically never had an issue hitting my 30 Mbps upload speed (Ultimate service) but the last few days uploads have been extremely poor. Cox speedtest shows 300+ Down but only 10 up, and speedtests to a non-Cox speedtest server show upload speeds below 2 Mbps. Wired connection, have tried without a router, results are the same.

I am in the Orange County, CA region.

Any help would be appreciated.

Mine got fixed for a good minute, First thing that I had done was file an FCC Complaint, to make them know I that I have been having this issue for a while, Second I kept calling, and calling, and calling, and calling, Until I finally got someone who knew what they were talking about and then the Tech I got replaced my Panoramic Modem/Router for a standalone modem, Which indeed fixed my packet loss and my below 5mbps Upload speed, then a few months go by another Issue came about and it turns out all my lag and issues came from my neighbors, my next door neighbor had cox but then moved, he was still connected and the field tech disconnected him, then he decided to check my other neighbors drop, he say a bad amount of ingress, we went over to her house, she is my cousin so she trusts what I have to say. and he put a filter on her Drop for ingress, and later that day they fixed her line and since then I have not seen any TV freezing or internet dropouts.

I am already using a standalone modem, same one I've had for years (SB6183) - I'm hoping someone at Cox can check the uSNR from their end to see if there could be noise from a neighbor's line or something.

@Chmod77, Your modem is reporting good signals and I do not see any unusual SNR. Also, the modem is reporting an average of 9ms and 0% packet loss. Are you experiencing this issue with multiple devices in the home or just this one? -Allan, Cox Support Forums Moderator.

Upon further investigation it seems this may be a node utilization issue. I just ran a speed test early this morning (7 am) and upload speeds are 30+ as they should be. Do you have a way to see if the node is overutilized at certain times? The speed was poor from 5pm until I went to sleep at 10pm. It affects all devices. Tested with wired connection straight to the modem. I can provide screenshots of speed tests at different times if it could help get things looked into.
