Speed reduced = Bill reduced??
Cox has been on my street, ridge wood /pond view lane w-suffield for over two months now looking busy. I say this because the system has gotten worse unfortunately, not better.... Why is my bill not, and others effected whom are reading this in the area, not automatically reduced given the amount of written complaints on file now with CT DCP & PURA??
Techs and subs have repeatedly stated there is water in the direct burial lines and they will not be replaced. good luck.
How many complaints with the state of ct does it take on average before a solution presents itself i ask from other's in the same boat.

Having the same issues here in Nevada but 'water' can't be used as an excuse in this climate.

23 Days since post with one notable change; The "vice president" contacted local "complainers" to express his anger toward us consumers filing complaints with the state of CT. And, in case your wondering, nothing is fixed, in fact, my son missed his zoom graduation this am do to unreliable service drops. Looking forward to online schooling fun.
question: would cox replace the underground direct burial wiring if it should go missing and appear in a giant tangled mess somewhere, they'd have to use new wire then id imagine.
