speed locked at 30mbps
To start i thought i had a issue with an older router replaced it , did not fix to speed issues.
I have talked with netgear support for my modem cm700 and they say that my isp needs to push a firmware update and that the modem is "locked in a default state at 30mbps.." please advise/ help with this situation.

SOLVED hope this helps someone, after multiple factory resets to modem i have full speed and currect firmware on my side. so i guess just factory reset till it works! shame netgear couldnt have mentioned that lol.
