Speed boost?

Did Cox do away with speed boost because of Covid-19?   My speed test used to jump over 170 then settle back down to my 150 speeds.   Now I can barely reach 147.

The QoS for modems has been bumped down a bit closer to the actual level of service to help with utilization issues for now.
