Slow Upload Speeds
Years of trouble with slow speeds. Cox always blames my house as the problem. Replaced everything, now they say possible node problems, but no date to fix. How do I get what I pay for? Years of paying too much for crappy internet, cox always has their hand out for more money, and will not provide the service I pay for. What can I do, but start complaining!

What package do you have? Cox tends to offer laughably low upload speeds compared to every major competitor they have. Preferred 100 for example gives you 100Mb down and only 1Mb up for $79.99. Can get triple the download speed and 300x the upload speed for $20 less with FiOS... Don't know about you but we're seriously considering switching over. It's always an excuse or a new fee with Cox.
