Repeated Connection Drops

Started having connection dropping over and over. Modem logs showing errors. Unsure if this is related but there was an outage in my area yesterday. I think my power levels and SNR are in appropriate ranges but I am getting these errors in the logs of my SB8200. A technition was here recently and replaced a splitter and the conector which showed some corosion. What additional troublshooting can be perfomend or what are the next steps I should take?

Hi @Zenati

I know how frustrating it is to have internet issues that connection. Since you mentioned a splitter, can you please bypass the splitters and screw the coaxial directly into the wall from the modem?

my internet service restored on its own yesterday evening. Today it went down again. I went to the eave and bypassed the splitter the technician installed from the line coming in from the pole. Internet is back with speed test looking good and these connection stats.
Could this be heat related? The past days have had hot afternoons and that's when things went down. Also if it's good without the splitter is it a bad splitter or I just can't use one?
