Planned maintenance without notification

Here we go again a planned outages with out any concern to the customer to notify them on this. I have animals that is required to walk them and there feedings and without the internet these activities can’t happen. I been a customer for over 20 years and this is crappy service towards your customer and frankly I’m about to switch to some other company. There is not notification on when this will happen and it takes over 6 hours to complete with is ridiculous. If there were shorter outages this would not impact the customer. But there is not feedback to provide this company nor would this company even listen to their customers.

I agree that it is very unprofessional to bot give notice to your customers for planned maintenance. This is frankly unacceptable and the company should do better.

Hi. Advance notice is not always practical; however, we try to let customers know when a major issue or a network update in their area will affect their service for more than one day. Thanks, Lisa, Cox Support Forums Moderator
