Hello, I am sorry you’ve not had the best experience with Cox. I understand how a high monthly bill is always a worry as I must manage my monthly bills as well. Usually what causes a bill increase are promos falling off, as they generally last 12 or 24 months. It is possible it can be for another reason, but we would be happy to investigate this matter.
