Payment History

In rerence to an old post:

https://forums.cox.com/forum_home/internet_forum/f/internet-forum/18638/how-do-i-access-a-complete-list-of-the-past-12-months-of-my-payment-history/69508?focus=true

The link listed to find your payment history does not lead you to anyplace where you can do that. I have spent 30 minutes following links in circles, and there does not seem to be a way to view payment history.

1.  Log into Cox.com
2.  Click My Account in upper-right
3.  Choose My Account from dropdown
4.  Navigate to Billing Section
5.  Click arrow icon (>) in header of Billing Section
6.  Click View Statements
7.  Navigate to Billing Period

The first picture is my "Billing Section". The only (>) is over "Account". The second picture is where I go when I click on that (>). There is no "View Statements".

@Livingword26

Are you having this issue on cox.com and the cox app?

Service details on the OP's profile page show the account is set up for Cox Straight Up Internet.  This is a pay-as-you-go Cox internet service with a fixed monthly price and the following features.

  • No installation fees
  • No equipment rental
  • No contract
  • No commitment
  • No credit checks
  • No deposit or hidden fees

In addition to the above, Cox Straight Up Internet also appears to have:

  • No online payment history

Maybe a moderator will research it and let us know if that's the case.

Since payment in advance is required, profile billing preferences only listed "EasyPay options".  "Mailing address" and "Paperless billing' weren't included.

I think curtb found your issue:  You have a month-to-month contract.  Although you can auto-pay and renew this contract, your account will only reflect the current contract...or month.

I guess the best place for a history is documentation from whatever service you use to pay and renew your monthly contract.
