Is the functioning of the light your only problem?  Is there a problem with your Internet service?

Hi SkyrimGuard11101. Please verify the electrical outlet that the modem is plugged into is working and also check the power cord in the back of the modem to make sure it isn't loose. If all of that is good, then you may need another modem. - Lisa, Cox Support Forums Moderator
