not receiving emails for password changes

i am not receiving emails from Rock star, Origin, and Uplay when i try and reset my password ?

Hello hotrodmax,

Please check your Spam folder to see if the emails went in there. Also, you can log into Webmail and check if they are in your blocked list or if a filter was set up for those email address.

ok so i checked my spam and i checked to see if these sites were blocked or had any filters and they do not.
