Not receiving any email on my cox.net account since July 29, 2019

I have not received any email on my johanna.walker1@cox.net account since July 29, 2019.  I was able to send myself an email at work from my cox email account but when I sent one to my cox.net account from work it never shows up. I have tried accessing my account on my iPhone 7 using Mail, Outlook and on my home computer by logging directly into my cox email account.  No new mail for weeks.

Hi Johanna.walker1. Please log into Cox webmail and check how much space you have left. Also, check your settings to make sure that auto-forward isn't set up. If all of this checks out, please send this link along with your complete address and name on the account to cox.help@cox.com to get further assistance. I am sorry that this happened, however, we will be able to get this fixed in no time. - Lisa, Cox Support Forums Moderator.
