No internet

Am I going to get money back for all this time being in an outage? This is beyond ridiculous and frustrating. Working from home I’m having to use my sick days because of something I can’t control. This is stupid!

Hello. I understand how you feel. I work from home and know how upsetting it can be for services to be down. Cox provides credits for outages. Please email us at Cox.Help@cox.com with your full name, complete street address, Cox pin, the details of your concern and a link to this post. We look forward to receiving your email so that we may assist you.

They gonna take off like 2 bucks if you don’t have evidence of the outage and lag spikes make sure to check everything and recorded or screen shot everything to make sure to get the full comp

We have access to see history of outages. The amount of credits is determined on how many days and the price on the monthly bill.

Hi,

When a customer requests a credit, we can review recent outage tickets that were declared for the area to help us apply an accurate credit. We welcome other evidence of service issues.
