Signals seem ok no noticeable errors. On preferred 100 just switched from preferred 50. Just bonds to 16 channels even after reset or reboot. Thought there where 32 channel bonding now so 24 should work? It is a recent modem upgrade from an older 4x4 modem.

What state/town are you in? It's possible some older parts of Cox in Lousiana are still on 16 channels. Can you post your signal levels? If those are normal, could you also post your modem logs? Looking for some error on why it can't bond the other channels. WAG is you have a analog only(no digital TV) filter on your line that is blocking the signal the modem is trying to use to bond to those channels. I assume you are Cox internet only? No TV?

Most likely a technician will be required to come troubleshoot further. While I have no way to check from this end one possibility is a filter of some kind on the line that is no longer necessary,.
