My bill

I would like to know why my bill for internet services jumped from $58 to $98? That’s a freaking $40 for just internet services.  I pay for my sons internet services at his apartment due to him having MS, is legally blind and a paraplegic.  The ability for him to read and stream tv is the only luxury he gets.  Why such a jump in the monthly rate?
