Modem offline
Here is a situation even the finest COX technicians can't figure out. When accessing my router through the Cox Wifi app it says its offline even though its working. Same thing when I sign onto the Cox website and go to my wifi, it says its offline as well. Anybody experiencing the same issue??

I’ve experienced issue after issue and the only suggestion being “unplug everything and replug it in”....that’s not my idea of support or service. However, I did manage to get the phone number for cancelling service 1-844-227-3943 in case you’re able to find better service elsewhere.
