I used to have to Wifi connections. A 2 and 5. I no longer have the 5. What happened to it?

No longer have my 5g WiFi connection. I am paying for it and now I don’t have it.

this has been true for me as well for over six months, also random price increases ranging from a dollar or less to 17.99

Hi Gene348, do you have our Panoramic WiFi modem? If so, it's possible that band steering is enabled.
