I keep getting emails that my email account is inactive
Hi, I keep getting email notifications that my email account is flagged as inactive and will be deleted. I use that account and have logged in recently, but I still keep getting the emails saying I don't use it. What can I do to keep it open and stop getting the emails?

That is odd. Can you forward us the email to cox.help@cox.com so that we can check to see if that is a legitimate email?
