The WiFi hotspot I’ve been using in my apartment is available but saying no internet connection, we’ve been using it fine for awhile now, please help

My daughter is having the same issue while away at a residential area. She had no problems at first not with the login prompt or anything now none of her devices will connect

Hotspot feature of what?  In your house or around town?

If around town, you're probably connecting to the Hotspot hub but there is something wrong with the Hotspot hub.  Cox should be actively monitoring the "health" (connectivity, bandwidth, processing, etc) of these hubs but...you know.
