Generic Flextronics International modem connected to my network.

I have a Generic Flextronics International modem connected to my network that I believe is a trojan horse or hacking attempt.  I am not able to remove the device.  I enabled it and was not able to remove it.  Another customer indicated this was a malicious attempt and I want it deleted and blocked.  How can I do this?
